Privacy Notice on the Processing of Personal Data

This text has been prepared to inform you, under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), about your personal data collected through the Comerego marketing site and store application form.

Personal data processed

The full name, company name, e-mail address, phone number, desired store address and domain, and message you share in the application form; plus, for security purposes, your IP address at the time of application and the time of your KVKK consent.

Purposes of processing and legal basis

• To evaluate your store application, contact you and make an offer for the service you requested; being directly related to the conclusion of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c).
• Preventing misuse of the form and ensuring information security — legitimate interest of the data controller (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).

Transfer

Your personal data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may only be transferred, in accordance with KVKK, to authorized public authorities under legal obligations and to the hosting providers required to deliver the service.

Retention period

Application data is kept for as long as needed to conclude the application and handle possible disputes; at the end of this period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to request its correction or deletion, and to object to processing. You can send your requests to our contact page.
